About sanego
sanego.de is a leading German, fast growing, health portal with more than
3.5 million visitors per month (Jan 2012). Users can find support by others,
search for patients with similar experience, report about conditions,
treatments and side effects.
They can find and rate doctors and post questions to the community.
With more than 15 servers we have built up a highly available and scalable infrastructure.

Web developer PHP
PHP and front-end development for a busy, distributed application.
Your skills
Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science or similar subject
- Experience in object-oriented PHP programming
- Confident MySQL usage
- Javascript, incl. AJAX, and skills in an object-oriented Javascript framework (e.g. Prototype)
- Very good knowledge of HTML
- Fluent English
Knowledge in these areas would be a plus
- Know-how in Doctrine or similar PHP ORM
- Prior usage of sphinx search
- Knowledge about TDD using phpUnit, jsUnit
- Feeling comfortable in bash

Junior Web developer PHP
We are looking for a junior developer for our office in Barcelona.
We welcome candidates who have just completed their studies and ideally had a first experience with object-oriented PHP development.
Good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript are a requirement.
We speak English in our team, thus you should as well be able to communicate in this language.

Requirements
- Intermediate diploma in studies of Computer Science or similar field
